Our device replacement service will help minimize downtime to ensure your yield if it in the warranty period. As a replacement for the faulty inverter, you will receive a comparable state-of-the-art device.
The remaining warranty period
The remaining warranty period of the replacement device is transferred to the replacement device.
In order to process your replacement request as quickly as possible, Please fill out the form below: Warranty Claim Form . You can also call us. Please have your serial number and the equipment features on hand, e.g. interfaces and the error symptom
The device replacement service is available only for all SolarRiver,Solar Lake inverters and other PV system accessories. Please ensure that the replacement is replaced by a qualified electrician. Please contact our service technicians if needed.
After you have received the replacement device, the fault inverter should be sent back to the closest Samil Power office by packing in its original package if possible or other comparable packaging.
Please add a copy of the Warranty Claim Form to the package of faulty inverter, your warranty will be transfered to the replacement inverter.
